At ONE Skincare, we are committed to providing you excellent hair and skincare products that are scientifically formulated to get you results. However, we realize there may be certain times that you need to return a product. In the event you need to return a product, please review the following return policy information for additional details on process and policies:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund/exchange.
- If the wrong product was sent or the product arrived damaged, ONE Skincare will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the product ordered was the wrong product, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
- Processing returns may take from two to four weeks, at which time a refund or credit will be applied back to the customer.
- Refunds are processed based on current policies at the time of request and may be changed to address program abuse.
