Dr. Sahil Sekhon is a board-certified dermatologist who is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for his patients. He has written numerous textbook chapters, books, and articles, and has presented numerous posters and lectures (full list). He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, and earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University (rotating at the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Metrohealth Hospitals). Dr. Sekhon then completed his internship at George Washington University Hospital and a Psoriasis and Clinical Research Fellowship in the Department of Dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco. He them completed dermatology residency at Howard University, where he served as chief resident. He is passionate about treating all aspects of hair, skin, and nails, and has a special interest in the treatment of skin of color, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, disorders of pigmentation, and acne and rosacea. Dr. Sekhon is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dermatology, and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Skin of Color Society.
